There is no specific oil or OCI that will keep this kind of water pump from failing. Regarding a water pump failure dumping coolant into the oil pan... if I insisted on keeping the vehicle... I would research other failures of this kind and come up with an average vehicle age/mileage at failure, then proactively change the water pump 10k before that as well as any other normal wear items "while I'm in there." This really is a lame design and it's hard to see engineers collectively agreeing this is a good approach... because water pumps never fail, right? Hindsight must be blinding these engineers by now.
