What brand coffee do you all drink?

Melitta columbian fine grind or Costco Kirkland columbian in the three real pound can. Dunkin’ or McDonald’s when I am driving. All drank black with no sugar or other flavors like god intended. 😬 Never Starbucks- that stuff is burned beyond recognition that it was once coffee.

Dunkin Original Blend

Hard to beat for the price when you don't have your coffee snob on. If you buy it at a Dunkin location and not a grocery store/Target/WM, it comes in 1 pound bags.

Lavazza Gran Aroma

Not too expensive and is a light roast so it doesn't have any bitterness if you like black coffee. Roasted in Italy
and now sold at many Target, Kroger, Meijer stores. You need a high brew temp to extract the flavors proper from a light roast.

Lubener: Did you know Teddy Roosevelt is said to have coined the phrase, " ...good to the last drop" after dinner at The Maxwell House in New Jersey?

I enjoy trying different brands and roasts when they're on sale but my favourites are:

Borbone, Kimbo, Lavazza, Mauro and Trombetta.

Now that I quit my Job, I am back to loose black tea; usually wholesale Assam. Wife buys it in mass quantity from Frontier Co-Op service. Problem with most commercial teas is the tea bags - and the stuff in there is dust - not chopped or whole leaf.
In fact when Twinings went to foil bags the tea tasted like the glue used to seal the packet with, either that or some polymer outgassing form the hot crimping. How could the dopes not taste that? Guess it is like what Guinness export - absolute Garbage and they could care less - so its avoid and boycott that stuff.

When we did coffee in Wilmington at QLP, it was Starbucks - some italian inspired roast - forget the name.
either that or lowly Maxwell house or Yuban mixed with Smuckers's Cafe Bustello for more flavours.

Then we went on contract with W.B.Mason office supplies and we settle on New England Coffee roasters Breakfast Blend.

Big trick on brewing coffee is to keep the warmer OFF on the Bunn-0-Matic it will burn the coffee as it starts brewing. Coffee is delicate.
Also use filters with poor efficiency. - They can flood over the top of the filter if the paper is too close knit - especially on the commercial units.
