What are you eating right now?

Yea -Only swordfish could
have parasites....that wont be caught at processing.
Plenty of cysts, nematodes and worm eggs are commonly found in even frozen fish. To make sure the parasites are dead, fish must be frozen for at least a week at -20°. Cooking well does it o. Eat only well-cooked parasites and don't examine fishsticks too closely. Fish can also carry prion diseases similar to BSE. In fish, it's called TSE or transmissible spongiform encephalitis which is neurodegenerative like all prion diseases. There is no treatment or cure and the disease is 100% lethal. The risk of catching TSE is very very low. Eat more 🐟!

Specifically swordfish?

Breakfast. Dry Post Great Grains with pecans, plus a fist-full of walnut halves that I dumped into an old, empty Ben & Jerry's waxed cardboard pint.
This is how I chowed down commuting to work in the teen's to save minutes in the morning.

Cup of black tea now at my right hand. Sitting here just poking around this forum, lol. Time to look at some local Real Estate for sale, Can't find anything under 400G's around here that doesn't need 50K-75K in renovation minimum. Neighbor said foreigner speculators come bought up all the stuff - houses sitting empty. IDK. something going on and I DONT LIKE IT! LOL.

The Angel next door, dropped off a few slices of pizza, while I was sleeping. Bless her heart!

My prior nurse is supposed to be stopping by about 4:30 today after work.
Bringing the raffle tickets for the firearms, from our local volunteer fire dept.

Putting my Daughter's names on the tickets, should I get lucky.
That way I don't have to go to the gun shop and deal with the paperwork.

Red Robin, no salt fry with ketchup, ranch, and some call the orangish sauce a Mormon sauce aka a ketchup ~mayo zesty sauce.

I had some along with five waters, endless salad with a burger medium well w bacon and avacado and the fixings, another salad with ranch, another entree of no salt fries. She got a similar burger as well.

Flings healthy pop tart.
--15g fiber ("fibre")
--10g protein

Yeah ok it has sugar alcohol...sue me.

The "flavor" was Sticky Cinnamon, thought you'd never ask.

Konjac noodles* with chicken, mushrooms, tomato, green onion, onion, celery. No vodka.

This noodle-like in appearance product can be used as a pasta substitute but will certainly disappoint if one expects an exact match in taste and texture. If you want a more pasta-like quality, you have to have konjac with a creamy and sticky sauce. Konjac/shirataki noodles are best eaten on their own merit. They are bland and require flavorful accouterments. Zero carbs, zero calories, and they contain prebiotic fiber. Konjac is made from the konjac root. Konjac is properly pronounced kon-yuh-koo.

I did not run a search to find out how much lead and cadmium was in this stuff. I ate three pieces.
