The liver not so much, a little skeered of eating parts of an animal that actually had a job.

No onions with this I do like them but prefer it plain and cooked med rare. I always give the tip do not salt prior to cooking only after you pull out of pan.I like liver and onions now and then. (heavy on the onions please) Never had it with kraut!
I have 2020 2021 no 22 didn’t get a run of it some people will say I can’t make a Rueben sandwich as good as yours I say it’s all in the Kraut they agree.I amazed at the age of the kraut- holy schmikel
