Only organic liver maybe - I tend to agree but really clean beef liver is very nutritious
Oh I know about it's benefits, no question.
I eat pretty much everything but things like sweetbreads, livers beef or otherwise, hog intestines (big in chinese noodle soups). tripe, and other offal type things stay off my plate. Often the odours and textures are enough for me not to give them a fair shake.
 
I like liver and onions now and then. (heavy on the onions please) Never had it with kraut!
No onions with this I do like them but prefer it plain and cooked med rare. I always give the tip do not salt prior to cooking only after you pull out of pan.
kraut I like it cold right from the jar.
