Breakfast today is an Autumn Harvest apple (cubed small), blueberries, cinnamon, plain yogurt.
It's been a key part of my current, successful weight loss regimen.

LEARNED:
1) The Autumn Harvest is among the world's most flavorless apples.
2) Consuming fewer calories is key to weight loss.
3) Consuming fewer calories is torturous.

I don’t understand #3??
Is it because you think you need to eat less volume or because you just want to eat what you want?
 
Three large biscuits smothered in flower and milk and sausage gravy.
A little salt and pepper. 1 biscuit with butter and home made blackberry jelly.

Wife made lemon ricotta pancakes. I ate 2 smalls with thick butter and a tiny bit of homemade no sugar blackberry jam. Washed done with coffee and a liver cleanse protein smoothie.*

A real treat.

Hey Pablo. I don't have a digital camera and if I did, I don't have the foggiest
idea how to get pictures from a camera to a PC and, especially to this site.
All I can do is type/say, what I am eating.
Sorry.
 
Visual helps alot you can chew on a 1pound bag of mixed cabbage or the satisfying 20grams 1tbs of peanut butter I know my choice 99% of the time. People get the wrong idea you need to eat less volume to be in a calorie deficit.
