I've only been to Swiss Chalet once.
Wasn't impressed at all and never returned. The last one just closed down here in Vancouver last year sometime I think.

I had what seemed like a very overpriced pedestrian chicken meal with some sauce in a cup that tasted like raw cinnamon in water.

What you've got going on there looks much much better
