Casarecce pasta with the sausage and white bean ragout I made last night.
Hard to tell because of the mozzarella blanket and green onion confetti.

Turned out nice, strong on the fennel as it's in the sausage itself, added fresh thinly sliced fennel, and a little fennel pollen.
Yes I like fennel

Egg rolls from the Hy-Vee deli. Granddaughter works in the pharmacy dept. and brought them to me after work.

She had my car the last 4 days. Burning out old fuel and getting the battery charged, beings I have stopped driving.

Eyes, slow reactions and paranoia. Sometimes best to give it up, before injuring yourself or others.

Daughter at least gives me credit, for knowing when to hang up the keys. Most I will drive is 75 yards down the block to get my mail.
