That doesn't look too good, so you'll need to sent it to me for quality inspection. Looks Yummy
Apple hickory and a little mesquite smoke. Mustard and spice rub

Around 10 hours and stalled for 3 or so wrapped. 220F in the NG BBQ meat around 185F

Nicely tender very flavorful - flat could have been juicier but typical. Bark was killer.
