What are you eating right now?

End result from last night... Ended up smoking for around 15 hours before a 3 hour rest before serving.

Made scratch made mac n cheese and BBQ beans to go with it. Of course, my own BBQ sauce to top it off.

Was incredible! One of my favorites, you just can't go wrong with good smoked brisket.

Have you ever cooked the most awesome beef roast in the world with carrots and onions and potatoes.... and then for left-overs you put it in a non-stick skillet and brown everything up.... Left-overs are better than original in this case IMHO.

First time trying a McRib my dad and everyone at work says I have to try it before it goes away lol. They swear they are good. I don’t know how I feel about this lol 😂. No onions 🧅 of course because if it’s bad those would only make it worse lol.

Update: it’s delicious me and dad are going back for more. Mom doesn’t like them because they are messy. Man that was good.

Currently in the oven at the moment, so not sure quite yet how it will be.

Chicago style deep dish topping the scale at 6lbs!

Provolone and Mozz, layered Italian sausage, black olive, onion and green pepper. Topped with San Marzano sauce and Ramano.
