I really like a side of orzo and a nice sauce with salmon.. recommend eating at
Niagara culinary school if you are ever at Niagara falls(american side)
They have dinner 3x a week..

Broc.. frozen steam in bag... mmm.

What kind of seasoning on the chicken, and what was the prep on the yam? Always looking for new ideas.
I just rub EVOO on the chicken breast and use Walmart steak seasoning blend its not bad for just about anything. Sweet potatoes are just oven roasted nothing done to them.I do a bunch of them I like then cold as the ones on the plate were

Chinese food. Been craving it since last time I had it lol. And will probably go to Chinese for lunch tomorrow too. Parents made chicken soup which I’m sorry but I don’t do soup unless it’s wonton or potato or occasionally clam chowder. I can’t stand the taste of chicken soup not chicken noodle soup just chicken soup. The egg rolls we got at a separate place. They are roast pork and absolutely amazing. I love Chinese food.
 
Breakfast courtesy of my boss. Big bosses don’t do this for us mechanics and veterans like myself. Some kinda bread/bagel, chives team cheese, hazelnut dark oats coffee and yogurt other berries and granola.

Hotdogs topped with chili and relish. I also like lettuce and tomato and guacamole and cheese on my hotdogs. These are the only hotdogs I’ll eat and that’s Oscar Mayer cheese hotdogs. We didn’t have any lettuce or tomato otherwise it would be on the hotdogs. I put a dash of guacamole on and it was amazing.
 
End result from last night... Ended up smoking for around 15 hours before a 3 hour rest before serving.

Made scratch made mac n cheese and BBQ beans to go with it. Of course, my own BBQ sauce to top it off.

Was incredible! One of my favorites, you just can't go wrong with good smoked brisket.
