What are you eating right now?

The drink.

5 lbs of carrots = 6 🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕 8 oz glasses for 3 days 2 glasses per day ;) I do this once a week. So if you think about it I consume 20 lb of carrots a month or 240lbs of carrots per year. All just me.
YUM!
Are the soles of your feet orange? I'm asking because mine are orange and I consume maybe 1/3 the amount of carrots that you annihilate. 🥕

Yes but it is not completely from only juicing carrots. I juice a variety of high beta-carotene vegetables.
Essentially, you have the visusal acuity of an eagle and you can run like a bunny. Cooking your carrots, pumpkins, bell pepers etc, you'll make even more beta carotene available and you may turn orange all over!

I got this version of fried pigs in a blanket from a Norwegian chef a couple years ago. What looks like dough is actually toast bread. I fry uncured brats in a pan until they are light golden brown. Frying the brats first adds flavor and crunch. I set the brats aside on kitchen towels to let much of the fat drain. I take a couple slices of toast bread and cut off the crust. The pieces of crust goes in the food processor where they turn it into breadcrumbs. I take the slices of bread and flatten and enlarge them with a rolling pin until they are big enough to fit around the sausages. I crack and beat one egg until it screams in pain. I take a brat and place it on a slice of bread. I brush the edge of the bread with beaten egg and roll up the slice of bread with the brat inside. the egg on the bread functions as adhesive so that the bread sticks to itself. Next, I roll the "breaded" brat thoroughly in beaten egg. I then roll my future meal in the earlier made breadcrumbs. Into a greased pan goes the modified sausage until golden brown on all sides. Really very nice with some stoneground mustard.

Just ate some sunflower butter on white bread. The older I get, the worse my food allergies get. Sunflower butter seems ok so far. Tastes great. Very similar to peanut butter. A lot of calories, though in the sunflower butter. Lots of oil and sugar in it. You have to mix it up as the oil separates.
