I had this an hour ago. I have no name for this dish. It's a meat patty with an indentation topped with already fried onions, cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, sour cream, and spices. I top the dish with grated parmesan and garnish with tomato slices. I bake it in the oven and under the broiler until crispy. That's a quarter patty on my plate. I usually eat half of the dish. The whole thing is quite juicy with liquid from the veggies and the sour cream.
