A Latino soup I’ve never heard of!Soup weather has come to the PNW. I found a soup I'm going to try to make called gallina pinta once we finish off the ham I made yesterday. Gallina Pinta means painted hen, but oddly has no chicken in it. The main ingredients are beef, hominy and beans. I bought a bunch of beef neck bones for it today.
I'll defer to the expert, LOL.A Latino soup I’ve never heard of!
