What are you eating right now?

Getting it going staring with a little lifting this morning.

Yesterdays birthday dinner with the parents and girlfriend. Early rise at 5am to start the fire and get it going on the offset, smoked with hickory and oak for 12 hours before resting/cutting. I wish it had a bit more time to rest (over an hour), but everyone was ready to eat! My first brisket cook on my new offset, and my forth cook on it overall. Brisket came out phenomenal!

I also made some scratch mac salad and my BBQ beans that also got thrown on the smoker, as well as my BBQ sauce which is a bit more vinegar heavy and plenty of black pepper.

Smoothie of celery, kale, carrots shredded, onion, garlic and cherry tomatoes and unsweet almond milk with unflavored ISOPURE protein powder and moms
Homemade peanut butter. Protein fulfilled!
