I'm just having chips and salsa tonight. Call it good enough as I don't eat much any more.
Neighbor says she is bringing food tomorrow. Have a feeling it will be something with chicken. She said it was on sale yesterday and making a store run. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers and I am thankful for what she brings over.
Says she is planting tomatoes again this year, so I look forward to some BLT'S!

Chinese shredded chicken (nothing really Chinese about it!) and like 8 kinds of greens and some blueberries and some whacked up toasted almonds. With a side of half an avocado and some sliced turkey

Farm fresh lettuce leaves. Chicken and tuna inside 
And some leftover cauliflower, chicken and bacon casserole ma and I made yesterday. No carbs!
Baked chicken from the supermarket marked down to half price with some Bruschetta and Eggplant Riste on the side, whatever that is, from Lidl.

Mackerel with beans
Fried tofu
Seaweed with beans
Shredded Daikon radish with seaweed & veg
Brussels sprouts (not sure what sauce, maybe meat sauce)
Rice with tofu skin gravy on top
