it! Actually the ONLY coffee I can stand. The wife is a 100% total coffee junkie who really needs to cut back on it.

Fish is $1.99 a can at Smart&Final. Polar Kipper Snacks, BPA-free. Only 100mg sodium per container of 75g. I usually buy all the cans they have that day. I eat about 5-6 cans every week in addition to fresh fish.
I have some cans of cod liver for you
