NMS means no more sausage at my house. As in enough already. That's what my wife says. I have to sneak into the Polish Deli while she isn't looking.

You don't want to know what I added to my bowl today. I had tikka masala yesterday and started feeling queasy 2 hours later.

French dip hamburger. First time ever having a French dip burger, didn't know it was a thing.
Easter pie a Italian tradition for Easter Sunday we made 8 of them Fri night
Daikon and onions under the eggs.
What is in there?
Hard boiled eggs, sweet n hot dry sausage, mozzarella, provolone,pot cheese, basket cheese, ricotta. We made a different recipe this time
Corned beef hash made with leftovers our Friday brunch
As a kid, I remember my Grandma making hash. I think she used left over roast beef. I was too young to pay much attention.
That old gal could cook! I miss those days and her cooking. She also taught me how to play piano and organ.
Making me hungry for hash now, thank you for bringing back good memories!
