Everything looks delicious! I like the idea of the pasta in pecorino DOP instead of the usual Parmigiano; may be too strong for some though.

Home for 72 hours. Made by bride a steak and asparagus. Moltone cake for dessert. Departing oconus tomorrow, so wanting to make it nice tonight. Would have taken my bride out to dinner, but tough to find a place like jr2 has.

Went up to Fishkill NY to visit my daughter up at Marist college stopped by this winery for a few hours had a great time beautiful place. Been to the one in NYC a few times.
