To get back on topic, I made pancakes for dinner. I make my pancakes large, usually at least 8 inches across. I make them thin and crispy. If I want them extra crispy I substitute a little of the milk in the batter with sparkling water. Then I get the more bubbly type pancake. I ea the pancakes either with maple syrup, fruit spread, or sprinkle some sugar-cinnamon mix over them. If I make crepe, I usually top them with whipped cream and berries or chopped fruit and rolle them up. I washed them down with a large mug of coffee. I'm usually a tea drinker.
Eggs, flour, milk (some sparkling water), pinch salt. Nothing else. Fried in butter.
