Beef brains can’t be sold for concerns over BSE. It’s a delicacy in Mexico and other parts of Latin America.

Pork brains I’ve read are a southern thing. I’ve seen them canned in milk.

White Castle is amazing man I wish I had one here every time we travel I go to one. Krystal we used to have here and they suck compared to WC. They couldn’t ever grasp the fact that I didn’t want onions on my slider. WC chicken sliders are amazing.
