Cereal: which ones do you eat?

Steel cut oats, 1/3 cup, covered in milk, sit in fridge 24 hours, and eat in am cold with frozen blueberries or other frozen fruit. Several years doing this, never hungry before lunch. Works for me.
I do like eggs and meat, but usually eat that for supper.
 
Don't eat cereal. Its normally eggs with Canadian bacon every morning. Been eating eggs in the morning since I was a kid, either scrambled or fried with real butter.
 
Lately I've been eating grain berry, which has no berries thankfully. Full whole grains, less sugar, and Onyx Sorghum. That and fiber one, which fills you up.
 
I bought a box of Grape Nuts yesterday. Can't get anymore natural than this:
Whole grain wheat flour, malted barley flour,salt,dried yeast. Those are the only ingredients.
 
What in the world are these grape nuts people keep talking about?
