I went through every major brand's Product Data Sheet (PDS) to document viscosities. The ones in bold do not have PDS that I could find, so I listed viscosities from VOAs for those. Sorted from high to low.

OP thank you so much for positing this!
I remembered from back in the day that the Mobil 1 xw-30s where the thinnest 30s around.
How times have changed!!

Now if someone would put up a chart ranked by HTHS....... and/or NOACK ;)

Castrol Edge A3/B4 5W-30 is 12.1
Castrol Edge A3/B4 0w-30 is 12.18
Pennzoil Euro L 5W30 is 12.5
Castrol Edge LL 5W30 is 11.6
Castrol Edge C3 5W30 is 12.1

In the Dual rated HDEO category we have
Chevron Delo XSP 5W30 12.1
Chevron Delo XSP-FA 5W30 9.9
Rotella T6 Multi-Vehicle 5W30 12.1
Mobil Delvac ESP 5W30 12

.
So I spent some time on completing the table with all the additions posted since
I feel only half of the job is done so far. I wanted to retain the original order from
thick to thin regardless if 0W or 5W and HM or not which forced me to add the
corresponding SAE viscosity class as it was missing in the first post and the naming
isn't complete without it. Here we go (again KV100 of course):

Pennzoil Euro L 5W-30 - 12.5 mm²/s ~ cSt
