USA Only Synthetic Oils

I wouldn't worry about "synthetics". I would just stock up on conventional oils in the grades you use if they are much cheaper state side.

There is not as much to be saved as there used to be.

I remember being able to pick up Havoline at $1 a quart and oil filters at $2 back in the 90's.
That was about half the price I could get them in Canada.

Tires are still a good deal, and worth crossing the boarder for if you need a set of 4

These are among the hardest of the big names to find, at least in my neck of the woods. There's a distributor in a small town, but I've never seen any of the products on any retail shelves.

Oh there is a HUGHE amount to be saved when buying motor oil. Like less than half price! When 5 quart/litre jugs are around $25 compared to $48-$55, that's a good deal to me!

I don't think I have ever seen $10 a Quart oil in Cappy Tire or Walmart.
But then, I guess, I have not been looking for it either.
Petrocanada oils seems to be highly rated in the States.
Perhaps you could Trade?

All those are available in Canada...

I'm not familiar with everything available in Canada. You'd have to make me a list.

Do you guys get Edge gold bottle or Defy?

We sure do. The Edge is a little pricey though, enough to make a Royal Purple dealer blush.

If you buy oil on sale then it's the same price as the US. Actually
with our dollar 10% lower it doesn't make sense to go. I can go every
day if I wanted to because I live only a few miles from the border but
I don't bother waiting at the border then paying over $3 to cross over.
