Good evening folks. Wondered about this as my work we have been doing way more PM’s and very busy. Thought I read here that Canada rerefines a bit more used oil than USA. Maybe I’m wrong.
Who rerefines more used oil: USA OR CANADA?

Canada refines more used oil, but maybe the US sells more used oil without refining it

FWIW, the US population is ~345M, Canada's population is ~40M, so almost 10:1. Considering all things being equal (not a great assumption but...) logic tells me that the US would use more oil and re-refine more oil.
