IMO, keep the oil full and change the distributor/oil pump o-ring and oil pump shaft seal on these whenever the timing belt is serviced. These engines live a long life.
Thank you for sharing the pictures. It's a big plus that it's the LE with all the luxury options.
It wouldn't take much effort to make the inside and outside of that car look in "like new" showroom condition.
Perhaps you could fix the sunroof leak, the front hood hinges, and for the dirty internal engine: Use an Ester based oil to cleanup the inside of the engine for a few oil changes (HPL engine cleaner and then at next oil change HPL PCMO), and then use the car as your "luxury mint condition" daily driver like it came out a time warp from a new car dealer back in 1994.
