Tri Syn in Turbo?

My first oil change in my PT Cruiser Turbo I switched to M1 SuperSyn 10W-30. Just saw a jug of Tri-Syn 5W-30 SL/CF for about $3.50/gallon. If I read these posts correctly, the SL version of Tri-Syn ran pretty good numbers. Any problems with switching/mixing the SS and TS? Thanks.

Go for it The 10W-30 was shear stable in even the older TriSyn version.

Not a problem. You can mix Mobil 1 SS with Trisynhthetic. Both are compatible with each other and even regular oil.

Thanks for the quick comments. I was a bit confused on the TriSyn vs SuperSyn debate, but am now going to head back to pick up a couple more jugs at that price.
