If you look at the various European Mobil 1 web sites, there are really only two Mobil 1 grades sold in Europe right now: 0w40 and 5w50. (Edit: The German Mobil web page does list the A5 rated 0w30, too.) The 0w40 (and 0w30) are the only ones sold in the US and Europe.quote:

However, all the grades of Mobil 1 sold in the US (with the exception of 0w20) meet the A5 spec, which is just as tough as A3, it's just a low friction, low HT/HS spec.
