Having been banned from BITOG for the last week, I have gone through a period of catharsis. A week later, I have realized how much time, that could have been used otherwise, I have spent on BITOG. I guess that was the 'lemonade' made out of the 'lemon' of banishment.

I appreciate all the useful information that the subject matter experts and well-meaning users have posted throughout the years.

If you do not get banned on occasion you are not expressing your self well enough . Noria will work and Tim Vipond has been chased out for a while so Noria is safe again!!

I spend a lot of time on BITOG too... But (to my knowledge), I dont think Ive ever been banned.

Civic, please take a day to think about what you are saying. A forum IS its forum members. It takes all types and I hate to see anybody leave. Ive learned so much from this site and its members.

I got banned a few times, but came back. BITOG is too addictive. I don't post as much as I used to though, so ban is good treatment for addiction.

BTW, I pointed it out before: if you google for BITOG, at least 3 hits on the first page are about being banned from BITOG. You also get plenty of hits for banned + BITOG.
