I'm just gonna say the skepticism in this thread is justified. We know from results Stellantis tries to promise big things every few years but the downward trajectory continues.

I can't help but feel like they're out of touch with the American market and Fiat didn't help that. We don't need Fiats to run around little European hamlets.

Epic fails like the SST in the Ram don't help.

I'd only take the CEO job with an impressive golden parachute because you're almost surely gonna need it.

Fiat pumped money into Chrysler and kind of let them do their thing. Hellcat the world!

Then along came Stellantis who forced an “EV muscle car” no one asked for down our throats while killing off the V8’s. That went over so well the V8’s will now be made in Michigan.

Still, the best was right at the time when the Ram "split" happened they were trying to hammer into the public and the media it's just Ram now -- NOT Dodge Ram

Then Four Wheeler tested the Power Wagon for that year and pointed out the dash had a giant DODGE plaque on it.

Oh the irony -- and incompetence -- is so rich I can taste it.

Why throw away a bunch of otherwise perfectly usable trim pieces during a transition year? That’s not very eco friendly.

The cynic in me believes the Ram split happened only as a means to keep the successful truck brand within the corporate umbrella, in the event that some unforseen event (bankruptcy, government mandate, new ownership direction, or whatever) meant they had to spin off Dodge.

I think it's because the company is run by the marketing department.
