Everyone keeps using this label incorrectly.
This is the real deal. Oil additive products are oil additive products, not patent medicine.
This is procurable at my local international grocery market. Does it work? Many here who have never tried it (and never will try it) will adamantly declare NO! But they really don't know.
I would volunteer to try it on my arthritic shoulder, but it smells like dead fish.

Yes, this is area product I purchased, not a CG or photoshopped.

Don't be shy, no different then when people eat herring, or use Ben-Gay. Take a 4 day test run and take one for the team. Let us know if it works.
