My CZ 75 SA is the most reliable and accurate 9mm I own. I own a Colt National Match (1969 build) which is very reliable and accurate. Also have a Remington R1 1911 45 auto which is also reliable but less accurate than my NM. I shoot the R1 the most since I sometimes take it to the field (it's stainless). I don't shoot the 45 autos a lot but when I do it's only with reloads. I'm moving away from 9mm but have quite a number of them.

If you want to spend less money, consider a Rock Island 9mm in 1911. I've got one and it's been faultless right out of the box.
I also have a Tesas 45acp that loves my crappy reloads; I think they make a 9mm too.

My CZ Shadow 2 is my most accurate pistol I have ever owned. I really like how DW blends the CZ-75 and the 1911. The DW DWX is a beast.
