Question about oil testing conditions

I just ordered myself a kit to test my oil from Blackstone Labs, but was wondering a couple things.

I just got into an accident not too long after I changed my oil, only a few hundred miles. It sat for a few weeks without being ran for much more than a few minutes that I know of. Would that effect the results?

Also, should I do a compression check or anything like that to suppliment the oil analysis and get more from the results?

The engine has about 150,000 miles on it, and I'd really like to do whatever is best for it to keep it running since I have some weird driving conditions. I work 4 days a week, and it is only 1.1 miles away, which I have heard isn't too great for the engine/oil from what I understand. But 5 days a week I go to school, 25 miles (15-20 highway) away.

I've read and understood that part.

I'm wondering if the car sitting for so long will have any results on the test. If so, I'll wait until my next change with more typical driving so I can get some "real" results.
