Mix them together and add a teaspoon of SAE30. Make sure to warm the SAE30 to 100 degrees F before adding it. thats critical.

Haha I remember when I bought it. It was at the very back of a shelf full of M1 (SN rated) quarts at this tiny convenience store. I knew it was a classic BITOG antique, so I bought it as a souvenir

I remember M1 15W-50 EP (that was the first M1 15W-50 I knew about). They then discontinued it and I think I bought up all the quarts Target had for like $1 a quart. Sometime later Mobil brought back their 15W-50 in the "Silver Cap" form.
