For my Uncles 2019 Ram 1500 Tradesman 3.6 V6. Only 12,000 on truck. He only will use Mobil 1 products. He wanted the black label 0W-20 but i could not find it and on the website it doesn’t list it as an option for the black label one so this one will do. Had to go to two different Walmart’s because I went to grab the single quart at the other Walmart and some dude walked over and grabbed it just as I was going too. Luckily I got the 5 quart jug there though because they didn’t have any of the 5 quart ones at the other Walmart I went too. He told me get whatever filter as long as it was name brand. They were out of the Mobil 1 and Fram filters so I got the Mopar one. They wanted $12 a quart for this at my work with the discount. We have to get oil from Auto Zone now due to our 0W-8 contract with them so that’s why it would of been so much I told them keep it I’ll go to Walmart and get it cheaper.
Black label?

Costco 0w20 full synthetic 2 jugs, NAPA gold 7055 for the Subaru and NAPA gold 7056??(possibly) for the Upcoming CRV change.

Purchased this Saturday at The Home Depot it was $4 cheaper than Walmart has them for. I just haven’t gotten around to posting the picture. My truck specs a 3593A which I can’t find anymore so I bought the slightly shorter 9688 it will also fit grandmas Kia Soul as well so good to have. I still have several of the 3593A though.

That filter at my Walmart is 4 bucks plus some change to start with.

It’s 9 and some change at ours. I double checked the number and series on the tag I was like holy crap lol. The premium levels of it are more like $11 and $12 and change. I haven’t checked Walmart in my work town yet. I know prices can vary by location.

They've had the Hyundai filter marked up for a while now, I think it's a little ridiculous that it's been twice the price of every other EG for like 2 years now. If they're still around $7, I'd take the Hyundai OEM filter over an EG at $9, if you're actually using it on an application that calls for a 9688 3593A I'd just get the ST9688.

Got some STP oil today free from a customer. He bought the wrong kind so he asked if i could use it and told me I can have it so he doesn’t have to return it to Auto Zone. I said thanks man I appreciate that. He needed 0W-20. I would of put this in but we have to put in the spec on the cap, had it come back for some reason i would of gotten blamed so we ordered him the STP High Mileage 0W-20 at employee cost. Will have to do some reading up on STP not familiar with them. I’m sure it’s fine though as it’s certified. And got an extra quart of 5W-30 too because the 2004 Camry uses a quart of oil about every 2,500 miles or so. I’m sure this will do well in the Camry.

Wouldn’t bother reading up on it. It’s API SP and serviceable oil. I’d use it for 5-7k in my focus per owners manual. Who makes it? Who cares

Son just picked up a 1998 MK3 GTI w/VR6...sweet little car (if you are a teenager)! Just getting a few things for him today. Ceratec and 1x flush are for my Atlas (already have the LM Leichtlauf High Tech 5W40 change kit) and a can of flush for my Focus (with ST 5W20 and HPL EC) to start the process of switching it over to HPL.
