Post your latest oil purchase or even filter.

Valvoline European Vehicle Full Synthetic SAE 0W-20 Motor Oil . 508.00 approved. 6 quart case, 1 Mann filter and a drain plug.

I have been a long time Mobil 1 fan. The last case I ordered they only sent me 4 quarts in the box instead of 6. So I ordered the Valvoline and changed my oil. It works just fine. I’m not sure but it seems like my idol is just a bit quieter.

Volkswagon, Tiguan. 2019.

Was not sure if ESP was included in the AutoZone STP XL combo deal … but together they rang up $39.99

Two Fram oil filters from Rural King Saturday. One for the 2004 Camry and one for the 1989 Mazda B2200. Was surprised to see these as I read these filters have been discontinued by Fram. I only seen one of each. I’ve been stocking up on genuine Toyota for the Toyota and Wix filters for the truck but have a couple of these in the stash as well.

Just cleaned out our one Canadian Tire on the wire-backed OG Fram Ultra XG2's lol (@ZeeOSix you shush hahaha), they only had 7. I may check the other Canadian Tire tomorrow.

I know the XG2's have been "safe" but that could change at any time, so I'm stocking up.
You must have did a wire backed media visual inspection through the center tube, since those are the new boxes not showing the wire backed media feature. Good score. (y)

I don't know why they didn't get rid of the 3593A years ago, the 3593A and 9688 are so close in size that they were completely redundant, now I don't get the decision to cut back the 4386 and give only the tiny 4967 as an option, what's next they'll cut the 7317 and we'll only have the 6607.

It’s good to know a cross reference now. Thanks for that. I wasn’t aware that there was another Fram equivalent for this one.

Yep, opened and inspected every one, the counter dude I'm sure thought I was nuts, lol.

Here's the box, with the date code, as well as a couple centre tube shots, you can see the screen and the pink media:

Has anyone checked recent XG16 filters to see if they're wirebacked since they're a very similar size to the XG2 and previously on the Supertech filters they were using Fram EG style media in the ST2 and ST16.
