Funny you mention that. On my avalanche, the fill bolt is rusted tight, so I used a similar cover to yours. Looks the same just not stainless.
I have had the bolts loosen twice now, despite a good tightening.
This spring I'm going to remove the cover and bolts and spray brake cleaner in the bolt holes out to remove the antiseize I used. I'm going to use a lube-locker gasket and locktite the bolts.

Not a Lucas fanboy. But RockAuto had it on sale for 4.99$ quart. Cant go wrong there.

Especially when good ole Datsun Nissan wants it changed every 20k/24 months. Who knows why but hey, they gave me 13k more than I originally paid for my previous 2018 Ram 1500 SLT so whatever.

Also: Nissan Dealer wants around 90$/qt for their Hypoid 75w90 GL5 Semi Synthetic Gear Oil part #KLD37-00001P which msrps for 139.95$/qt apparently

Thats not going to happen.

Any reason why you did not stick to the M1? How was it when you drained it?

I ordered it back on Jan 2nd. So IDK.
Work and stuff (Texas Snowpocalypse 2021) have kept me from doing it.

they were $5.20/qt - 5% code (-$0.26) so, $4.94/qt.
