Thank you! I know you think its immature and stupid but you can find the humor in it with this being my nightly chore when I get home. That could make a good little clip in a movie if Seth Rogan was doing it every day to some jerk.

Actually that came to mind first. If you have seen the movie Haggard starring the guys from Viva La Bam an ex boyfriend pays his friends to duct tape poo logs to her house. Anyway the scene was hilarious and thats what I orginally wanted to do to this Corolla.

If you have a problem with her parking put a note on her windshield in bold print face up under the windshield wipers. Informing her that if she continues parking in the handicap parking or parks illegally again you will call the police. Sign it the tenants of xyz apartment complex. If she does it again report it because she has been warned.

If you were dealing with a real azzhat I could see not only doing what your doing, but even stepping it up some. From what it sounds like & dealing with her over parking I'd work it out some other way. If you tell your buddies & word gets out you could end up on the short end over this.
If you have your own spot to park it shouldn't take much to protect that. The rest of what she does isn't your concern, for the most part.

I think Helen's advice is good. For sure if the person is parking in yaris0128's marked spot. They are marked, yes? If the spots aren't reserved, then I still say worry about something else in life.

Although you get satisfaction from it, you are not solving the problem.
I had a buddy who works on cars. Fixed another friends brothers truck trans and got sued for a totally unrelated problem that caused trans to fail. lost in court to a dumb judge.
$800 judgement that he was paying in 1 penny per month until owner called court to stop payments after truck cap blew off and he figured it out.2 years of torture included.

Many pizza, sub and flower deliveries to house- nobody would deliver anymore
sugar in gas tank -- $700 computer replaced
trans line crimped - trans failure again
truck cap clamps removed - cap blew off on road
roof on house replaced - one call does it all
New windows after devils night bb gun attack
in ground swimming pool started- dozer and excavation started
wife informed about cheating husband- firemen should not cheat. might get caught..
Stupid other brothers kept my buddy informed of what was going on and how much each attack cost until he got triple damages .Just like a court would. stopped when he got his $2400 worth and never paid a dime more.

Here's what I would do:
Wait until she parks again illegally somewhere in the lot. Let all the air out of 1 tire. When she calls the cops or the tow truck to help her out, it will be noted that she is illegally parked. Plus, it would cause a lot of harmless frustration for her. A few rounds of that and I think she'll put 2 and 2 together and be too afraid to park in your lot. Just a thought.

My feeling, if you're not going to confront her with your issues with her parking practices, or call it in, just let it go. Another option if it really bothers you, as it seems it does, might be to tell the apartment complex manager.

Just call the cops. They enforce handicapped parking rules on private property.
Then when one shows up, open your apartment window, and yell at them to leave your car alone, and he's obviously the dumbest cop on the squad to be out writing tickets at 3 am when there are real crimes to be solved. Then maybe the car will get a tow or boot on the first offense.

If she's parking in your spot or in the handicapped spot just call and get her car towed or atleast ticketed. Pouring whiz on it is childish and useless.
