If anyone is curious Im not nervous to talk to her I just dont see her. All I do is deal with conflict at work for a living. Thats the life of casino security. I would just leave her a note on her windshield but why should she get a warning when people who do it at parking lots dont get any breaks. She should be treated as anyone who gets ticketed for parking in a handicap spot. For as long as shes been doing it she should know better and its only a matter of time until she gets caught.

Do not do anything that can land you in jail, like pouring urine. If you think calling a tow is bad for her why would you think pouring urine is better? You just want to play a prank on her rather than solving the problem.

I would park my car to block her exit if she park at my spot, and leave a note to tell her to call me to get it out, or just call the manager to get her a warning, or call a tow truck if she is parking in the handicap.

Towing cost can add up quickly enough that she'll learn her lesson.

The thing I would worry about is this being turned around from a 'mischief' event to a full-scale felony - think about it:

Urine is a bodily fluid, which can easily be classified as a bio-hazardous substance. You're pouring this on her car that she uses - so throw a creative lawyer in the mix, and your 'mischief' become 'assault with a deadly weapon', or 'assuat with intent to harm', or 'gross negligence'.

All would carry serious jail time - better hope you don't get caught!
