My Walmart has dropped the Endurance for a new 20k Purolator

So how can you can "not by the specs" when there are no specs? That defies common sense and logic.
huh? I stated what I said...Do YOU have specifications for which you said this..."Should be better than Boss" or are you going to have more failed attempts at whining about what I said in a helpful post about the differences in the ONE vs 20k WM Exclusive?

Good job, BITOG oil filter nerds. We broke it.
10PM coming quick tick tock tick tock...placed but I have a feeling it's not coming something is amiss!

I appreciate the constructive criticism, particularly about the efficiencies, @KCJeep you bring up excellent points. 99% "dirt" trapping is lousy marketing for the BITOG folks. 😅 Disappointing to hear they've decided to no longer give out sheets. BUT let's be clear, how many of these companies are sharing data. It's all a ridiculous market that most people don't care about those details so the boat sails on.

These look like they are going to be Fram Ultra competitors for a good chunk less money. In @Glenda W. pic it looks like $4.50-$3.50 less than comparable Ultra's. We're in a market where the consumers wallet has dried up & WM knows this. I've been seeing my regular WM items shrinking in size while the price goes up. Makes sense since they were recently in the news saying that folks were buying the "smaller quantity" or "cheaper" packaging. That being said it's great there will be a cheaper option for us consumers that lasts just as long. I will admit that I hope these turn out to be decent filters. Anyone c&p one yet? @TiGeo 😂

It doesn’t take much to be better than the Boss plus this is the synthetic blend media, not the full synthetic. Logic and rational thought would lean towards it being better than the Boss. But you’re the one who said per the specs, not me. I’m just going off of personal opinion.

As far as whining? No one is whining about anything except you trying to play a victim all of the sudden when you’re the one making a claim per the specs.

None on the shelf at my local store... also went onto the internets looking for a couple of common filters and none at any Wally within 20 miles.

Sad day, fake news, etcetera.

Is there reason to believe that the Endurance is being discontinued or otherwise changed by Fram? My vehicles use the cartridge version which doesn’t have the leaking bypass issue; I would hate to lose what seems like the only wire backed synthetic media option? I also hate hoarding them in case something better comes along in a few years, even though filters seem to be getting worse.

I’m guessing Walmart won’t be having two exclusive oil filters. Plus my store no longer has an Endurance shelf as it’s been replaced with this 20k Purolator. It should be interesting to watch this roll out. Seems my store is the first.

I can't see paying the high price for a FRAM FE11955. The FRAM TG11955 works perfectly fine for me. Plus, the TG11955 has an e-core center tube.

BIGOT Member #2 = WOW! These things truly are made of GOLD!!!
BIGOT Member #3 = oh hum, just let it filter my oil & I'll change when the puter tells me to.

Where oh where will the pendulum swing on these WM "Exclusives" Sounds interesting... :D🍿
BIGOT? Because people don’t agree with your ceaseless defense of this brand?
