Ok thanks. Are these a “premium guard” variant? Or something else?

That's my understanding. The difference is the Pentius is made in South Korea vs Premium Guard mostly in Vietnam.

Ok so I can get a 12 pack of the Pentius PLXL7317 for $87 CAD on Amazon.

I haven’t seen any of the ratings for that filter or the Honda “003” made in Japan filters but am I safe to assume the 7317s are better? The C&Ps I’ve seen on here look great.
