They will have you jump through all their hoops then tell you to send it back to them, wait 4-6 weeks and maybe get another hose but more likely just a check for your purchase price. Then you end up going back to the store anyway to pickup a hose. If your lucky you can water the lawn in Oct.

Or just take a normal picture that is not half a million megapixels (slightly exaggerating). Or use the resize function to format it in a reasonable resolution, say, 1600x1200 pixels or smaller depending on what they'll accept. Pretty easy stuff.

They do sell double male end hose for use with hose reels. I just bought a 20 footer as the reel only comes with a 5 foot hose and I needed to place the Hose reel 15 feet from he faucet.
But I am sure what you have is a mistake unless you look over the package carefully to make sure its not for that purpose, FYI I am sure you are correct though.
You can type the model number on the package right into a websearch
