For some people, Black Friday shopping is an addiction, same as if they had a cocaine, alcohol or a tanning bed dependency. These people need help.
While I make fun of them, I will admit to participating in Black Friday shopping quite a few years ago. Way back when WalMart was opening the doors at 7:00 on Friday, there was a farm supply store near me that opened at 5:30 AM that had a turkey fryer on their sale list. I went in, grabbed one, and was the first to check out. I still remember that my receipt had a time-stamp on it of 5:30 AM. The store was really close to my place of employment and after I made my purchase I went right to work.
