Ive Never ever been into Black Friday Shopping, hated the lines, didnt think it was worth it. Last night i got off work and was already driving through town and decided to see if it was worth the headache. I went to Toys R Us and got my little boy three gifts at $45 total (normall retail around $80.00

This has got my christmas shopping engine running.. Only drawback.. Im back at work on Black Friday.. I can shop online.. Should i be pulling the trigger now on the "online deals" that in my honest opinion dont seem all that special.. or is it best to do the online shopping on "Cyber Monday" anyone with experience on this topic i appreciate your input !

If your spidey sense says the deals aren't that great, don't jump. Someone has to blink. If the retailers do there'll be more sales later in the season.

I guess most of you aqre in the same boat as me. Im going to have to see what Monday holds.. if all else fails, im only out $

I only do online - I don't wanna get shot by going to a b/m store on black friday.
So far I've gotten quite a few good deals and they were all with free shipping so, on Monday I'll be doing more of the same IF I see any good online deals...

Costco has 80" Samsung LCD for $1500, if I remember correctly, with free shipping, it isn't top of the line model. That is as low as can be for a brand name 80" flat screen.

They used to hope that giving you a HUGE deal at only 10 items will draw a lot of attention and impulse purchases at full price, but when everyone is doing it months before BF they now give you a regular sale that is good but not worth camping out 3 days for.

I saw left over TVs and iPads last night at 10pm in Target, that means the deal isn't that crazy.

well, todays "cyber Monday" and im not impressed at all.. i havent found much in the way of any smoking hot deals i couldnt pass up.. sounds like a lot of hype to me.
