HPL July 4th Sale - What Do You Plan on Buying?

BITOG15 discount does not apply with this sale.
No. It's 20% off across the board and $25 flat-rate shipping. I've only ordered one 12-pack case before and used BITOG15. Shipping was just over $28. This time I ordered three 12-packs of the same product. The first order came out to $15.52/qt while this order was $13.05 per court, so almost a buck fifty savings per quart using Total/# of Quarts.

Correct... I was just throwing it out there in case anyone was wondering if the BITOG15 discount also applied. I've been using HPL in both my vehicles for over a year now, & don't plan on switching. Just placed an order for a case of MTF, as I still have plenty of oil for a couple more OCI's. Happy 4th all!

Good point. Just in case the BITOG15 discount was still active, I tried it, but alas, they dotted their Is and Crossed their Ts and disabled the discount during this sale. No penalty for trying.

Hey Stude! What made you decide to run the CK-4 in your Dakota vice the other HPL product lines? I’ve noticed that several folks have chosen the HDEO over the others in their gas trucks. I think it was wwilson with the Durango for 30k mi using HDEO? I’d been mulling over that or the PPPCMO for the Navigator (5.4 V8) and wanted to get some takes on it. I was going to just go with the Supercar, but the higher TBN of the PPPCMO and HDEO lines have me interested for the longer OCIs.
Hello. Yes, I decided after seeing WWilson UOA’s and results I would try it. Never looking back. Sold most of my other oils in my stash. HPL is the real thing and so what if it’s not cheap. It just works great.

Awesome man. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my question!

I’m torn here. For my Dakota who thinks I should use a 10w30 instead of the 5w30 I currently am using? Truck originally spec’s 10w-30 but says 5w-30 is allowed too Truck is 2002 and 3.9 magnum v-6

May grab case of HPL 10w30 CK+4 HDEO

Awesome that HPL has such a great sale during a great holiday. It feels like I gave myself a gift by buying this

Tough to say. Whereabouts are you located and what are your average winter temps you find yourself needing to take a drive in? Personally, and for my climate, a 5W works well for me.

I’m in southwest PA or 1 hour north or so from downtown Pittsburgh. Our winters I’d say can be teens to 30’s temp wise. Just thinking using grade it specs is better but have had zero issues on HPL CK-4 5w-30 HDEO so far or after 6k miles. I do mainly highway driving with few around town trips

Then it sounds like the 5w oil is working out for you! I love PA. I have a serious softspot for it. I grew up just outside of Atlantic City and visited PA a lot as a kid. Recently took my family there last October to do Lock and Lean motorcycle training at Classic Harley in Leesburg. Took the kids to see all the beautiful American history, architecture, and Wilbur’s Chocolates. 😁

I ordered a 4 gallon case of Euro 5W-40 and two quarts of EC30. I meant to add two t-shirts but I accidentally placed the order too soon. It doesn't matter since the t-shirts are not part of the sale so I'll order them on my next purchase sometime this summer.

I’ve got a few of the shirts. They are pretty sweet!
