The one and only place I ever saw actual knowledge written on car lighting. I read everyting on the site, learned a lot. (I dont subscribe to SAE so I never see white papers on car lights.)

He ius the real deal.

He sells stuff too. Next paycheck I buy his premium H7s for my A4.

He answers email quickly. Tell him what you want your car lights to do and he will tell you how to get there.
