I am doing two oil changes this weekend, a 2008 Chev 3/4 ton Suburban with a 6.0 and 2022 Chev Malibu with a 1.5 Turbo. The 6.0 gets the 10060 equivalent to a PF48 and the Malibu gets the 12060 equivalent to a PF64. Both are Fram Ultras and they are pretty much identical except the 12060 has a higher bypass pressure. Here are some pics. Enjoy.

They are both 060s. The 10 looks to have more textured grip than the 12, which looks like around the typical amount. Obviously it can vary … guess the grip application machine isn't laser calibrated, lol.

Might try this slightly oversized filter.
I used to do it on my 2008 6.0 LS. When Chevrolet went to the higher pressure variable rate oil pump in the Gen V LS engines in 2014, they upped the bypass pressure in the PF 63. Fram correspondently went along and upped the bypass pressure in the 10575. Those Gen V pumps could provide 80 psi at the sensor on top the block. My 2008 can deliver only 40 psi at the oil pressure sensor which is its normal design pressure. I left it alone and stayed with the 10060 with the lower bypass pressure. The engine now has 265,000 miles on it and runs fine. YRMV.
