Funny, my car has a LM PAO Based - Fullsynthetic according to german law! - in the crankcase.
In contrast, Motul was sued in Germany because they Print "Vollsynthetisch" on their jugs wich only contained Group III oil.... And they lost on court and where force to print the thruth on the jugs.
But, yeah, Motul is "Ester based". What a fine marketing buzzword. How much ester does it contain? 1% ? 50%? 0.5%? 65%?
And dont forget, LM causes oil consumption. But, strangely, i dont know about one case of oil consumption with LM, and i asked people out of curiosity.
But of course, as LM ist the best selling and Nr. 1 Brand here since a decade, everybody continues to use it becasue it gives you problems. NOT.
