Universal Lubricants has received dexos 1 certification for their Eco Ultra Synthetic Blend 5w30 oil.

Is this a fancy way of saying hydrocracked, or is it a next-gen basestock?

It's "re-refined" meaning it's made from used oil.
And being a blend means it's primarily GP II based.
