If he's 180+lbs, he is at .04 (or less) after 90 minutes & three drinks.
Thought he said he was like 225+? Also, wouldn't he have to have had the 3rd drink a full 90 minutes before the test to blow that using your formula? He didn't say he had 3 drinks then drove 45 minutes later. He said he had 3 drinks over 45 minutes while he had dinner then drove.
He might have had one or more of those 3 in the last few minutes. What does that do to the results?
